First conversation
We start with a free, no-obligation call or message. You tell us what you need, we ask questions to understand your business and goals. No sales pressure, no jargon, just a straightforward conversation about what you're trying to achieve.
We'll ask about your timeline, budget range, existing digital presence, and what's not working. This takes 20-30 minutes.
Discovery & proposal
If there's a fit, we put together a detailed proposal. This covers exactly what we'll deliver, a clear timeline, and a fixed price. No vague estimates that grow into something bigger.
Proposals are typically sent within one to two working days. We review them together and answer any questions before anything is agreed.
Strategy & planning
Before any design or development work begins, we agree the strategy. For websites, this means site structure, content plan, and SEO approach. For SEO campaigns, this means keyword strategy and priority areas.
Getting this right at the start saves significant time and prevents expensive changes later. We won't start building until we've agreed the plan.
Design & build
Work begins. For web projects, you'll see designs early in the process and have the opportunity to give feedback before anything is built. We work iteratively, no disappearing for months and reappearing with something that misses the mark.
You'll have a dedicated point of contact. We give regular updates, not radio silence.
Review & launch
We thoroughly test everything before anything goes live. You get to review the finished work, request any final adjustments, and sign off before launch. No surprises on the day.
Launch is planned and communicated in advance. We're available on and around the launch date to deal with anything that comes up.
Support & growth
We don't disappear at launch. Whether it's a hosting query, a content update, an SEO question, or the next phase of work, we're still here. We build long-term relationships, not one-off transactions.
